Richard Riggs is a candidate for State Representative in District 20, which includes West Salem, Downtown Salem, parts of South Salem, and all of Monmouth and Independence. He is challenging long-time Republican incumbent, Vicki Berger. Rich’s website is located at http://RichardRiggs.com . Rich has served our country and local community his entire adult life. He is currently an elected board member to >Chemeketa Community College representing most of Polk County, and has more than twenty years service in the Navy including wartime service in Iraq in 2003.
