Mike Swaim sets up Peter Courtney

DemoForum Moderator and former Salem Mayor Mike Swaim is conferring with Senate President Peter Courtney, guest speaker at the July 17 DemoForum. Senator Courtney represents Oregon Senate District 11, which includes NE Salem, central Salem, unincorporated areas just east of Salem, Gervais, Woodburn, and rural areas near I-5 between Salem and Woodburn.  Senate District 11 is comprised of Oregon House District 21 (Rep. Clem-D) and House District 22 (Rep. Komp-D).
