Richard Riggs, candidate for House District 20

After a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy, Richard Riggs will challenge Vicki Berger for the House seat in District 20.  Currently a law student at Willamette University Law School, Richard last year won a seat on the Chemeketa Community Colege Board, beating West Salem City Councilman, Dan Clem.
