Chair Wayne Baum explains delegate selection

Marion County Democrats Chair Wayne Baum explains the two-prong process for becoming a delegate to the National Democratic Convention.  Democrats have 2 forums inwhich they might become a delegate:  the Congressional District 5 Convention and the State Democratic convention.  BotN are in June afer Oregon's primary.
